What are the dimensions of a tootsie pop wrapper?

4 1/4″ X 4 3/8″. Strangest question I’ve ever read, I’m sure you had a reason.
Reminds me of the time I needed to know the diameter of a roll of stamps for a stamp box I was making. People couldn’t give me a straight answer.
