Soft Chewy Candy

does anyone know of soft food i can eat with braces.?

i can’t eat candy,hard stuff,sticky things and chewy stuff.

There are a lot of things you can eat…just chew carefully. You can eat all the food groups and even things like apples and carrots if you cut them into small pieces. I avoided things like gum, caramel, taffy, etc. that would be hard to clean out or could pull on a brace, but ate everything else. Your teeth will be a little tender when your braces are tightened or if rubber bands are added, but that will pass.
